Pros: Excellent up-to-date driver support on Ricoh's website. Simple documentation.
Cons: Deteriorates like no tomorrow.

Worked superbly at first and has great value. No annoying chips to replace on the toner cartridges. Very accommodating network and print settings. About a month later it would stop feeding paper when there are only 10 to 20 sheets left in the tray. Soonafter black toner stopped coming out on print. Instead it leaked all over the place and inside the printer everywhere. Replaced black photoconductor unit and problem came back again. Blue photoconductor unit suddenly started having a small gap on the roller that leaves a thin streak/line of no blue printing throughout all prints. Frequent paper jams. Less than a year later and the motor jammed the transfer belt so it cannot be replaced. Completely dead at this point. Stubborn and messy. Very friendly customer service but completely no free technical support or proper warranty unless you are willing to pay about $100 an hour for a technician to come by.
