When we bought this minivan it was the day before I had my son ( Our 3rd child ), 8/19/00. We currently had a '93 Dodge Spirit and needed a second car to transport our daughters back and forth to school and girl scouts, and so on.
I never really...

Pros: Excellent ride, economical & reliable Cons: none
Two years ago we set out to buy a new van. We were currently driving a 1987 Ford Aerostar and we were very pleased with it. It needed about $1500.00 worth of work to put it back into top condition. We thought about doing that instead of buying a new...

Pros: Roomy, drives great, and is comfortable Cons: the most it seats is 7
We got this minivan because we had outgrown our car. I hadn't wanted to get a minivan because I prefer to drive small cars. But I LOVE my van, now. It drives easily and is not that much different from driving my car.

Pros: Good size with nice interior layout. Solid truck frame construction. Good towing potential. Cons: Needs All Wheel Drive in snow belt. Boxy appearance. Some rust problems on lower body. The Bottom Line: An excellent buy if you want a truck-like van (frame construction) and older styling is acceptable. Super dependable and great road cruiser with tons of room. Good towing vehicle.
This is a well-designed, roomy van and I love it. It is a pleasure to drive. It holds 7 passengers comfortably and with the rear seats out can hold an amazing amount of items. It is probably the most versatile vehicle that I have ever owned. The...

Pros: Good on gas (27 MPG). Safe and reliable Cons: Can't tow.
Our family has owned this van for about 10 years. It's very safe and good on gas. Even though it has the tow package, you shouldn't tow anything heavy with this van. The van is very mechanically sound and has almost 140K. It has lots of features like airbags and rear climate controls. It's a great van. The seats are heavy and are a 2 person job to remove/install the rear seats.
