Shopped here several times: Always smooth, always quick! by boduro I made several orders with this company using a non-US credit card and gave my friends'addresses for the delivery. All orders were processed very quickly and even with the cheapest shipping option available the orders were received within a few days or even the next day (in NJ/PA). I always choose items from their "hot deals" selection and their prices are very competitive. After having a very bad on-line shopping experience with a camera seller, I decided to write a positive one for Campmor because from my experiences they definetely deserve it.

Regret so much falling for their low prices! by boduro This has been by far the worst on-line ordering experience I had and it is still not over! I submitted the order more than two weeks ago and sent the necessary ID verification documents immediately. It took them three days to check my identification and to put the order to this so-called "warehouse processing & packing" stage. And it has been at this stage since then! All the ordered items were allegedly in-stock!

None of the three sales rep I had contact with reply my emails regarding the shipment date. But they charge you as soon as you submit the order. I regret so much falling for their low prices! I would have taken hundreds of pictures by now if I had ordered elsewhere. I hope they will at least send (if ever) the correct items. |

Poor quality and even worse service by dnick101 I've recently purchased earrings for my wife from Ziamond.com. The quality of the product is nowhere near what they claim it to be. Upon receiving the earrings my wife was not happy with them I tried to call Ziamond but it is impossible to get a representative on the phone when your calling about return or exchange, so what you have to do is press one to be connected to a purchase rep. After all this they will not exchange nor refund my product and there is no one to talk to at ziamond.com no manager no supervisors. I would recommend that no one purchase anything from this website. My friend purchased products from carat.cc it was a way better product with much better prices. To sum up customer care is very poor, selection is wonderful with a very well put together web page, but that is about the best they have to offer. I would definitley not recommend this website to anyone. Thanks for reading.

Mediocre music game by boysetsfire13 Pros: interesting concept
Ablilty to use a wide variety of instruments Somewhat large song selection Cons: majority of songs are outdated game gets boring very quickly This game doesn't quite live up to its hype. While a wide array of instruments are available for use, players are doing nothing more than waving their arms around and making repetitive motions in front of the wii-sensor bar. Additionally, the song list, while quite extensive by my standards, contains songs which are very old. Overall, this game is entertaining, but the fun doesn't last very long. Consequently, this game definitely isn't worth its $50 price, and while it may appeal to some people, I'd suggest renting this game before buying it.

Absolutely awful. Terrible customer service. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY by pguenther I only wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from their holiday catalogue 2 weeks ago. I received a letter in the mail 2 days ago stating that I still had a balance due of $6.37 from Christmas last year. I ordered a few things for Christmas gifts last year and there was one item I did not receive. I called Lakeside and cancelled the remaining item since it was not here by Christmas. The person I spoke with said she would credit my account and cancel the order. Apparently, that was never done. So, this $6.37 balance for something I never received automatically cancelled my current order. They have my home phone number and my email address but never attempted to contact me. I tried all day today to call them, however, the phone is constantly busy. I sent them an email asking for a manager to call my home phone number to discuss the issue and I also faxed a letter today stating my frustration with their company. I will post the outcome when I know what it is.

Ripoff Artists - RUN AWAY! by wesmontage My experience was exactly like the others on this page. DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR MONEY. They stole $66.45 from me for a coffee maker and I haven't received a thing. I tried calling and emailing the addresses and numbers on both their web site and in their paypal contact info listing, but no reply. If I get my money back from them through paypal, it will only be because some other victim has sent them funds that they haven't made off with yet.

Don't count on getting your order for about a month...if it gets there. by baillie13 The prices are good and the selection is average, but the killer is the shipping length. I placed an order for four items on the November 16th. One was shipped the 18th and the other three the 24th (and they were not obscure items). The one on the 18th was a new release CD. It is December 1st, and I have yet to receive a single item and when I have written all I get is the statement that it could take from 8-15 days after shipping. BTW I do not live in an out-of-the-way city either. I've already received shipments from buy.com and ebay for orders placed after the 16th. You might not get your orders for Christmas if you're just now placing your order. Kinda ironic, I just got the Black Friday advertisement on Sunday...and it was emailed to me.

they need alot of improvement in the shipping department. by chadromo I am pleased with the pricing, but the shipping needs major improvement.They take a week to ship out the products.They send an email saying they shipped the items with a tracking number and a delivery date.when the items never show on the delivery date i call them and they say oh sometimes that happens. I have even called the last two times ordering to make sure it goes out the next day.They say it will go out that day.well it never does untill a week later.i used to order from prosource but i save about ten dollars a order by using vitadigest.prosource has super fast shipping .Its almost worth switching back to prosource because when your on certain diets i have to have my stuff.I run out of stuff using vitadigest and it hurts my diet.they would be the best supplement source on the web if they would improve the shipping.

All Dressed Up with No Where to Go!!! by robinm1369 No beginner's luck with my first Delta flight out of Logan the other night. Although I realize that most planes don't take off on time, my flight was delayed for 5 1/2 hours. Making matters worse, it was a night flight, due to take off to sunny Florida at 6:30pm; plane finally left the gate just after midnight. (Yawwnnn!) Arrived in Orlando at 3:45AM.

Best Delivery Service for Free by hhonors1 This was absolutly a great experience dealing with this company. We ordered a refrigerator which arrived 3 days after the order was placed, the trucking company contacted us a day before to schedule the delivery and gave us a 2 hour window. The delivery was white glove and the guys placed it in my kitchen, and just to mention this was a free delivery and i was not expecting such a good delivery experience but i guess i cannot complain for getting a white glove delivery for free.

Customer service is the worst! by yarngirl Herrschners has the worst customer service. The other day I ordered over $35.00 of yarn to get the free shipping. I checked my VISA later that week to find that I was charged $9.05 for shipping. When I called them and asked about it, they said that half of the yarn I ordered wasn't available. Thus, they canceled that part of my ordered, billed me for the yarn they did have, and then added the s&h because it no longer qualified for the free shipping. Of course, none of this was conveyed to me.

Not satisfied, Shoplet never responded by lshiney I ordered packing tape from Shoplet in what read as multiple roll packs. What I received was not 4 packs of tape that should have totaled 24 rolls, but only 4 rolls. I tried contacting Shoplet several times via their customer service email address and online forms, and never received a reply. I would never consider ordering from them again.

Excellent Service, Fast Refund by huladick I bought a Nintendo DS for an 11 year old. And yes, it got broke. Squaretrade sent it to the repair center for evaluation. I was deemed not repairable and I received a full purchase price refund in 4 days.

I was going to redeem the points for $150.00 in gift cards from Bloomingdales but they froze my account. What a scam. They were paid by all of the retailers every time I shopped through mypoints.com but now when it comes time for me to receive my reward they don't pay out.

I ordered generic Retin-A for $7 which is a bargain (retail it's $40-$100). It was manufactured in India. Some of the drug prices were just average, and a lot of the basic drugs you could get at Walmart for much cheaper on their $4 formulary. But definitely check out their prices if you don't have insurance! |

It is now Dec 1st and still have not received the collars after calling them 3 times. They can never seem to give me a tracking order number when it was shipped. The worst, most disorganized company. by phillygurl I ordered 4 curtain panels and when I received my order, it was incorrect. They sent me pillow shams. I called West Elm and the customer service rep ASSURED me they would be out to pick up the incorrect order and will send me out the curtains right away. I called the day they were supposed to pick up and shockers - the woman never put the request through AND they don't even have the curtains in stock. Can you believe this? Anyway, I got some crappy apology but I will tell you what, I have had issues with them before this and I will NEVER EVER order from them again and neither should you!

Their return policy is very restrictive (all sales final) by brutschea we had a problem with locating an order so they reordered it over the phone. the first order showed up and when i contacted them about the duplicate i was told all sales are final and there was nothing they could do about it.

I booked a reservation via Hotels.com for a Westin in NJ. When I arrived at the hotel they did not have my reservation. Hotels.com does not have an integrated booking system with each hotel chain. There is no two-way communication between the hotel and hotels.com , so hotels.com has no way to know if the reservation has been confirmed. I think Hotels.com just sends a fax to the hotel and hopes they receive it and make the reservation. I tried to get I refund from Hotels.com with no luck. Their customer service is horrible. I had to dispute the charge with my Bank. |
