Details: This secluded North Carolina college formerly known as Watauga Academy lies in the heart of the Appalachians, quite a distance from the nearest airports or urban areas. The isolation doesnt keep students from their favorite rock stars, though. The Dave Matthews Band, Blues Traveler, and Indigo Girls have performed at the on-campus nightclub Legends.
