2005 Ford Crown Victoria

Pros: Great power, love the floor shifter and leather,love the dual exhaust, car sounds mean!
Cons: Put the back up alarm on this like you do on the Ford 500.

Just bought a 2005 Crown Victoria LX sport. This is a great car! Love it. Paid $6500 under sticker. The car has great power, handles great, smooth ride. This is a winner. I dont know why Ford doesnt market this sedan better. The LX sport handles great, great stero, and roomy!! If you want a family sedan and hate Mini Vans get this!! No Complaints. Great Job Ford!

Cons: Back seat does not flip down to open to the trunk. No big deal.

This is a real solid car. I bought one as a new left over when the 06's were out so I got a good deal. I always liked Fords, and this one does not disappoint. It's roomy, powerful, and comfortable. We have the leather interior. Some might say the styling is dated, but I could not care less. I think its attractive. The pin stripe on the side and the soft lines are very appealing. We travel regularly to visit family 250 miles away and enjoy its solid, quiet and comfortable ride. It's too bad Ford will not make them for general sales in 2008, but a Mercury Grand Marquis will still be available and its the same thing. Visibility is excellent, heating / cooling are perfect, and the stock radio sounds fine (though it was made better by a SONY aftermarket CD changer in the trunk) with bass boost. Needless to say, there's plenty of luggage room, and we can carry friends along in comfort. I had a tire failure after 3000 miles and Michelin and Ford together paid for the replacement in full.
