Land Rover enters the 2005 SUV market with a new Land Rover-designed seven-passenger vehicle dubbed the LR3. Touted as the Discovery replacement, the LR3 continues to live by Land Rover's outdoor off-road creed, but this vehicle has been optimized for on-road driving as well. The LR3 is powered by a Jaguar-sourced 4.4-liter V8 engine which produces 300 horsepower.
