We have used this car seat since our daughter was 6 months old. She outgrew her infant car seat and this one was perfect because the reclining feature still made her comfortable when she slept in the car. The padding is cushy, but not overstuffed, which I like. The harness is easy to buckle and adjustments are a breeze. Installing was very easy to do using the LATCH system, and the car seat is very secure and the belts tighten easily. After she was able to face forward in the car, it was simple to re-install. The lines on the side of the seat guide you while installing so that you know you have the car seat at the right angle. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

We just rolled our SUV 3 to 4 times in the rain on the highway. I got a concussion and multiple lacerations. Both my boys in these car seats PROPERLY installed, to where they do not wiggle at ALL!!!!!! are fine, they did not even get a scratch! We thank God that we are all safe and I contribute a big part of that to these car seats, We went out and bought two more just like it for the new car.

Pros: Durable, easy to install and remove from any vehicle.
Cons: It is a bit on the bulky side.

This is one of the best car seats, I have seen. My son who is now 4 has used this car seat, and we have never had any problems with it. Very easy to install and remove, and protects you child when in any type of fender bender.

Cons: Damages leather seating surfaces of the car.

We purchased (2) of these car seats, one for each of our cars, and found that it had damaged the leather seating on both our VOLVO and Jeep. We had even put down a seat protector prior to installing the car seat. There are two rear feet on the car seat where the majority of the child's weight sits on. These two pressure points dig into the seating surface of the car. As a result, it is going to cost us hundreds of dollars to repair the leather interior of both of our vehicles. DON'T BUY THIS SEAT.

YEP, it sure does, and exactly as one reviewer mentions - right through a seat protector too!!

Cost me $150 to repair my leather seat, and I am still not staisfied with the repair. Total bummer, and totally unnecessary. By the way, I have the Eddie Bauer Black Leather High Back Booster seat, but the frame is exactly the same and it carves the same hole right into your seat.

Pros: Ease of re-installation
Cons: The little buckle to loosen the seatbelt is small and somewhat troublesome to get to.

I have been very happy with this car seat, the UAS anchor system is very easy to use for proper re-installation. The base can cause damage to leather seats but place a folded towel under the seat when installing.
