I bought this washer last year because I do not have a plug for my full size washer. It works great. On occasion it over flows if I put too many clothes in there, but other than that I love it. It's portable, easy to use, and clean my clothes great. Not only that, but it also doesn't use a lot of water.You do have to go back and forth to turn the water on and off for the wash and rinse cycles.

we purchased this product thinking it to be cheap and small. but when we got it we realized that what good is it if it does not work at all. Called up customer support and they are fast enough to offer a replacement or refund. I think they were already aware of the problem. If that is the case, why is this product in the market. For the price, it's the best thing since slice bread. I wanted to buy the top of the line Miele, but I couldn't afford it at the moment so in transit I opted to buy this one. I have used the KENMORE most of the top load brands, the Maytag Neptune and the Whirlpool, but NON I say NON has ever been able to clean my towels as CLEAN AS it did. It cleaned the towels WHITE without bleach. All other brands require bleach to get it looking remotely white.

For the price it's a baby Miele.
