IBM ZPro Intellistation, XEON

Pros: Build Quality, Hard Drive performance, graphics
Cons: Can be configured expensivly
IBM makes great products. This workstation/light-server is a great budget system, but lacks the AMD Optureon processor power found in some systems. Intel-based IBM systems tend to be slightly weaker than the AMD-based models. This computer features, good build quality, performance, (with the SCSI Ultra320 drives, on RAID). This system outperforms SATA-150/300 drive systems. The graphics are not gaming based, but workstation quality (amazing quality, but not split-second fast). Go for it, it won't break the budget.
