I purchased the Human Touch Technology Cervical Massager (CMS-300 model) and I really, really like it. I have a lot of massage items because I work on a computer A LOT at work and have a stressful job as an R.N. on a cardiac floor. SO... I get headaches a lot due to neck/shoulder and back tension. I bought an iJoy chair for my lower and upper back but it doesn't really get to the neck as much as I'd like... this machine serves that purpose and I woke up today headache-free for the first time in 3 or 4 days. I used the machine about 3 different times yesterday, plus used warm/moist heat on it. I'm definately satisfied. I'm impatient, so I was hoping I'd get the machine a little faster than I did (I think it took about a week or so, after I'd ordered it), but overall it was well-worth the wait. The ordering process was easy and I had absolutely no problems with any of it. :)

The worst! I ordered the innersoles over a month ago. I sent 4 e-mails and called once. I was told the ladies large was no longer available, so they were to ship me a men's medium. That was over a week ago and still nothing.

I was very pleased with the service I received with All About Massagers. My father-in-law, Fred had one of these massagers for 42 years. It was finally time for a new one. I did not even know they made those Osters anymore, and wasn't sure if this one was the right one. But this company had a long returns policy, how could I refuse? Fred loved the gift. After shopping around, AllAboutMassagers had the best price. Their site is very easy to navigate through - and check out was a breeze! My massager was shipped the same day I ordered it - and they even sent me a tracking email so I knew when UPS would deliver it. I would rate my overall experience 10 out of 10 and highly recommend them for hassle-free shopping.

I was quite impressed with the prompt delivery of my order. When I phoned customer service with a question regarding a product, they were polite and well informed. I had been reluctant to shop over the internet, but AllAboutMassagers made me feel comfortable & confident.

I was searching for a place to buy a product that was not directly from the manufacturer. This site had a Paypal verified insignia, as well as a price that was below retail, INCLUDING shipping and handling. I didn't even think to check on a website on Epinions or Bizrate.com, but I will from now on.

Delivery was prompt and accurate, and the product was new, functional, and intact, though the included batteries did not work. I haven't had any contact with customer service, but I rate them highly on delivery and price.

Very disappointed with the service so far; after 10 days I still have not received a tracking number so assume the order has not been processed yet.
Both email addresses - sales and support - bounced when I emailed them!!
How can a store with such inconsistent performance earn four ticks I do not understand (see other reviews). Absolutely don't recommend - just hope I will receive my purchase eventually.
