I was in search of a good quality web cam, which were sold out at most other websites I checked. The order process was easy - shipping was free for ground, and considering I got it on time and reliably it would be what I call unbeatable.
John was both very knowledgeable with the products offered and helpful, ordering was fast and simple, the follow up was thorough and the price was the best I had found-what could be any better!

A great experience! What I was purchasing was not readily available and I had never used Ecom before so called customer service to make sure they actually had one in stock. Customer Service was great and friendly. From that point forward the experience was perfect and flawless. Excellent order tracking. Product arrived on time, as stated and at the price quoted.
I couldnt stop laughing when I found these guys, the name is very unique. I found PCI sound card for my computer that is preety old and hard to find. I clicked it and they shipped it...hahahaha I will be back again when I need something to see if they have it.

After ordering a notebook from you, we received a call from Zak making sure we had what we wanted & offering us an extended warranty. The price was much more than we wanted to invest but to make a long story short, Zak never gave up until we got a great warranty for a fantastic price! Ordered my Laptop from Ecomelectronics on the Dec 31, 2006. Laptop arrived 9th of Jan. Timely delivery and laptop is great. Problem is, it was the WORST online experience to date for me and I purchase on the internet constantly. NEVER received tracking information, never had any of my emails returned, never had phone calls returned. Laptop just showed up one day. I spent several days battling with company reps that emphatically suggested I upgrade to another laptop because the one I wanted would be a "dirty laptop that toshiba would slap together". I was on the verge of cancelling my order when it finally arrived. I love the laptop and do not regret purchasing it. I just wished I'd bought it somewhere else. Horrible customer service.
