I placed an order at Goddess Within because they had the OPI polish colors I wanted at good prices. But, it took forever to get them, and I doubt I would have received them had I not e-mailed over ten days later to find out where my stuff was. They didn't ship the order until 13 days after I placed the order and sent an instant Paypal payment. There are plenty of other places to buy the same stuff online - shop around for a store that doesn't require you to act as their shipping department manager.

My first order with you was a disappointment. I ordered a shampoo and some conditioner and I only received the conditioner. I went to the web site only to find out that you were out of stock on that item. You only billed me for the conditioner, but I was still upset I was not contacted. I ended up buying the same product but in a smaller (in stock) size.
On the first order I had met the "free shipping" price and since the shampoo was taken off that order I was under the limit and had to pay shipping after all.
I just wanted to write to let you know to let people know when they have an out of stock item so that they can make a change within that same order and not have to pay shipping twice (not to mention waiting for something that is not on it's way)

I had to wait nearly 4 weeks for my shipment to arrive because they sent it to the wrong person. Then, I finally received it yesterday, and one of the bottles was damaged, the some of the contents had spilled out, so they had poorly packaged it. They had great prices compared to other sites that I had browsed through, but I would rather pay more next time for better service. I don't think I'll be shopping with them again... Read more
