The 2002 Yamaha Midnight Star is the second Yamaha Star family motorcycle that I've purchased in the past two years. I bought a 2001 1100 V-Star Classic in April 2001 and put over 8000 miles on it in a little over 1 year....

Cons: Paint, chrome, inferior to Harley. Transmission recall '01's. Bridgestone tires wear out at 7,500.
