Pros: Great features, awesome concept, like that the picture can be sent to the TV
Cons: The features don't work, interferes with phone, poor craftsmanship

We have this product and really don't like it. The lights are much too bright on the camera (we can read by them!), the reception quality is bad - we have to have the 5.4 mhz phone and the LAN unplugged to get even the poor signal we do get; the LCD monitor has never worked and the company won't fix it, and overall it just seems like very poor craftsmanship. We've reverted to our $20 monitor we were using before - it works much better than this very expensive paperweight.
