Pros: Price, looks, easy to assemble. Cons: Not very sturdy.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
by we4popes ,Jun 04 '04
Pros: The beds look cute. Cons: CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS. See above for details.
In April 2004, we ordered two of these beds through Walmart.com for our twin girls. When they arrived, each bed had a cracked bed rail. When we called Walmart's customer service (which is another problem in itself), we were told to contact Delta directly. We never got through to a "live" person at Delta and were forced to leave two voice mail messages. No one ever responded to our calls. We went ahead and put the beds together, and they held until a couple of days ago (early June 2004). We have now gone back and forth with Walmart once again, with them trying to get Delta to send us the bed rails, AND we have again left two voice mail messages at Delta directly. Regardless of the outcome (whether or not we ever get the replacement parts), this entire process has been tedious, time-consuming, and a general pain in the back. As a full-time working mother with twin toddlers, I don't need this kind of hassle.
