Pros: Fun gameplay (particularly multiplayer). Cons: It's a bit repetitive.
I had my first exposure to Dungeons & Dragons on Christmas morning when I was 11 years old. Hidden amongst the veritable treasure trove of gifts Santa had left me was the official D&D starter kit. While it certainly wasnt the most high- ...

Pros: 4 players, lots to kill Cons: unbalanced pace, busy game screen.
D&D Heroes came along in a weird place in my life. It had been a month and a half since my last game and even it was a disappointment (Ghost Recon: Island Thunder). I also knew it was 2 weeks until Morrowind dropped and at least a week before Viewtiful ...

Pros: Wonderful beginners game for those starting roleplaying. Cons: too linear.
It was about three years ago. I was newly married and never played video games. My husband convinced me to get an x-box and we found this game for only $15 at a second hand store. I don't know how but my husband convinced me to get it and to actually ...

Dungeons & Dragons Heroes
by brian2360 ,Oct 13 '03
Pros: Graphics, camera, up to four players, replayability Cons: game is kind of short
When I first turned on this game, I was wowed by the graphics. This game was a lot like the old AD&D games, just with much better graphics.
You can play from 1 to 4 characters with a choice of a Wizard, Fighter, Rogue or a Cleric. So right off, having 4 characters, gives you some replay value. You may want to try each of the characters to see which one you like best.
If you like slash and hack games, you'll love this one. This game is very similar to Baldur's Gate.
Another good thing about this game is that you control the camera. You can zoom in and out and move around however you want.
This game is hard to put down once you start it. I started on a Friday night and played all weekend. It is very fun, especially if you have a friend to two to play with.

WOW - just like High School - with Graphics!
by readsteca ,Sep 26 '03
Pros: Graphics, character starting level, ability to manipulate skills Cons: Not Live! enabled for community based play
Felt like I was back in High School pulling an all nighter with my buddies.
The graphics are excellent, and the game play is in line with AD&D3 rules. Allocation of experience points, and ability to adjust your own skills is a big plus.
Probably the best console based RPG I've ever played.
