My husband and I have been very happy with this car seat. I love how easy it is to loosen the straps to put our son and then tighten to the once he is snapped in. He seems very happy and comfortable. It looks comfortable to me; I wish my driver's seat was a larger version of his car seat. :)

After reading many reviews we decided to get this carseat. It works fine, easy to install, adjust, etc. The only time we had a problem was when our child was about 2 years old and I realized the carseat was a bit tight. I thought this was odd because I really expected it to last for a few more years (and used that to justify the higher price than for some carseats).

After looking at carseat models in other stores, I noticed that the same model as ours seemed to have a longer strap in the crotch. I measured this length at the store and called Evenflo. Sure enough, ours was shorter.

Evenflo immediately responded by sending us a brand new seat, with no questions. All they required was that I cut out and send the old buckle assembly when the new seat arrived and send it back to them (which was fine with me since it wasn't right).

The kid was comfy again and we were happy with their quick response to what was probably a slipup in production.

Pros: Looks like Dad's Favorite Comfy Chair and fit rear facing in my small car.
Cons: Double shoulder harness is horrible. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Buy the Britax Roundabout!!!

I was some what limited in my car seat choices due to the fact that I drive a small car and not many seats would fit rear facing. This one seemed like it was going to fit the bill; it got a great crash test rating, looked like "Dad's Favorite Comfy Chair" and actually fit in my car. My excitement didn't last long. The first time I tried putting my son in it was all it took to convince me to return it & buy the Britax Roundabout. The shoulder harness has a double strap that is VERY DIFFICULT and time consuming to latch & adjust. This is a VERY POOR design. I suggest you try putting your baby in the seat & latching and adjusting it a few times before you buy it... then try the Britax; it's a breeze to latch and adjust plus it has a far more secure installation (that was also easier).
