Pros: Good price
Cons: didn't work
attempted instal on DELL Inspiron6000 w/XP home. after complying with instal instructions, worked once and never again. Uninstalled Norton Antivirus and supplied software and attempt re-install, no joy. FOUR hours with tech support and re-ship of new scanner... same results. Gave up and refund coming.
