Pros: Comes with all the parts you need to do yoga.
Cons: The DVD is not for beginners, hard to follow. Not enough explanation.
I just bought this kit because I have never tried yoga before and having to young children makes it next to impossible to go to a class. The DVD is really not for beginners at all. While the instructor says the name of the position, she explains it very ...
