Halibut Point has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. As soon as you walk through the front door, you feel as though you've been there before, even though it's your first time. Soft lighting and a fun, but not raucous crowd make this an enjoyable place to go to.

The food is excellent, especially the homemade soups and chowders. Especially tasty is the Clam Chowder and the Chicken Onion Soup. All the food is grilled, not fried, so you don't feel so badly having pastrami sandwich or grilled linguica.

The drinks are poured generously for a reasonable price. You definite get your money's worth here.
