Cons: Irritating and useless

All this thing does is vibrate and irritate your neck and you get sick of it in just 5 min. Take my advise do not waste your money. I had to return mine the same day.Get something else. It says with heat but that button only works with AC power supply and after running it for 10 min I was still waiting to feel the heat. I do not know if it really does something to your neck but it did nothing for me.
