Very disappointing food and good beer

Pros: Good beer, central location Cons: Very bad food
Having grown up in Germany, I must say that the food is very disappointing at Jacob Wirth. The taste is so bad that I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat there.
It would be quite helpful if the restaurant owner tried to employ some real German cooks from time to time. Any average German cook could increase the quality of the food dramatically. The beer is good because is it already bottled. Compared to the two German restaurants in Springfield, MA, I rate this restaurant clearly at the end of the list.
