Pros: Easily mounted. Touch tilt. Cheap.
Cons: None that I can think of.

Unit shipped from costco, w/shipping it was under $100.

Installed easily. Tilting function allows us to hook up cables after TV got mounted on wall (Panasonic TH-42PX60U)

Here's some helpful info. I talked to a couple of co-workers who bought flat panels recently and had mounted them...

1) Mount hardware to TV to see where it will hold TV before mounting on the wall. That way you can accurately mount wall bracket.

I made cardboard cutout of TV and laid that against the wall to see where I wanted it to go.

Those two steps saved a lot of hassle & mistakes.

Had it mounted and hooked up in about 90 min.
