Pros: Durable, Neck strap is nice, Webcam works well, Inexpensive, rechargeable Cons: Hard to frame shots accurately, interface is odd, works only with Windows
So I bought this little camera because I am an offroad motorcycle adventurer and I do not like to waste my cellphone battery for taking pictures when I may need it for emergencies. So I found this one at WalMart for 15 or 20 bucks and have been using ...

Pretty good for the price
by kazhakcowboy ,Jan 04 '07
Pros: cheap
works Cons: not terribly high resolution
I bought one of these on a lark. I fired it up tonight and shot a couple of pictures. They are surprisingly good for a $20 camera.
640x480 is the max resolution.
rechargeable battery charged from USB port
has self timer and can be used as a web cam

Not worth the time and effort or money.
by dirose1066 ,Dec 26 '06
Pros: there is no pros to this camera. Cons: If you ever get it to charge, I might have some.
I bought this for my son for christmas. I had to take the first one back because there were no drivers on the CD and the USB plug would not work. The second one, same problems. I then call your number, 732-476-5086, not in service. The call 877-397-8200. Where I get a recording that says to call again, the same number for tech support. Ok, when I call again, this time connecting to customer service, I get a recording saying they might not answer due to the call volume. ???? Who says that??? Then if that wasn't enough it gives their web site to e-mail to make it easier on their company. I get to the web site and there is no down load for the camera. Strange, has the others, but of course, not the one for the camera I bought. So far. total bust. And there is a note in the package that says not to take it back to a store but to call them instead. How strange is that?

K-Mart - Sakar Cam
by duz2600 ,Aug 26 '07
Pros: Pretty silver case on a useless dead POS, & I'm being kind, here. Cons: These guys are! That is a guarantee! K Mart/Sakar take money. Bye!
Should be named SUCKER instead. Kids want to snap shots of friends, and have some fun with a good cheap cam. Well it isn't cheap!
K-Mart wouldn't even refund it as we walked outside to check it out, came right back in when it wouldn't work at all, out of the box!
Spend about 2 or 3 dollars more at WalMart and get a better camera, with a real guarantee! Yes, I am a Linux and MacIntosh Geek with dozens of good cameras, and the wife wanted this for a grand daughter.
Can't believe they say "No Charge warranty service" and then
demand $5.00 be included in the package!
We're over K-Mart, and we're over Sakar cameras!

It's a nice little camera
by janellworks ,Dec 30 '06
Pros: The Pictures are very good and it is very compact. Cons: Everytime I turn it to recharge ALL of the pictures erase!
It's a bit hard to figure out, evan with instructions but I think it's worth $20. It works just fine, is ver compact, and it takes nice pictures. I would absolutly recomend it!
