I cannot believe how promptly my order arrived and it was just as I ordered it and beautifully packaged.

So far, I have been very satisfied - I await the response of my friends when they open their presents but I feel sure they will also be as delighted as I am.

I have been trying to contact Harrods for 2 days now - just asking for a response to an e-mail to enable me to order on-line. You have delivered the goods - they have yet to get back to me!

Well done Forzieri - I will choose you time and again.

Delivered within 3 days from Italy. This is unheard of. Faster than orders being delivered within the U.S. Received exactly what I wanted. The Murano Glass Heart Pendant was much larger and more beautiful than expected.
After receipt of this product I turned around and ordered another piece of jewelry from Forzieri to match with some other jewelry I have. This has become my favorite website for jewelry and Sunflower kitchen products. Getting ready to order more from this company and website. I had a negative experience with Forzieri. They basically pulled a bait and switch on me-- I wanted to exchange a necklace (gift) for a handbag. I emailed on a Saturday, stating my intention to make the exchange and pay the difference in cost. They did not reply until Monday, when they informed me that the sale price was no longer available, despite the fact that I had attempted to place the order when the sale was still on. They admitted that they had received my email, but would not honor the sale price. They were rather ridiculous in their willingness to apologize but not to fix the problem. Shoppers in the United States, used to high levels of customer service, may well find this site a disappointment.

I ordered a watch from this website. I was told I'll receive it by 48h, and I got it after 6 days. The watch itself is quite nice, but there is a (small) defect with the second hand, so I was hoping for better quality.
What was really unexpected was the fact that I had to pay about 6$ to UPS at the door, when it was clearly stated that there are no fees to be paid at the time of delivery. I've contacted forzieri.com, they haven't answered back, yet.
It's not the best of the best, but I may shop there again, the watch is quite nice!!

I just want to praise the people at Forzieri.com for their wonderful efficiency, patience and helpfulness. I had some trouble figuring out the proper belt size for my American waist. Your people answered my e-mail inquiry quickly with a clear and detailed explanation of how to match up the measurements. Once I made my selection and ordered the belts, your delivery time was amazingly fast. It is one of the best I have experienced. When it came to that unfortunate mistake I made ordering the wrong size belt (it was way too small), your return policy worked smoothly and, once more, efficiently. On those occasions that I have called, those who work you customer service lines have proved to be also patient and helpful. I also admire their accents.
