There web site claimed an item was in stock, so I placed the order. I received a confirmation within minutes. The next day, they sent me an email stating that the item was not in stock, that it was unavailable, and attempted to blame it on a supplier. On top of that, they stated that it would take up to two billing cycles to refund my payment!
Obviously, they do not actually keep items in stock, but claim that they do on their web site.

The prices were good. The produce 7 boxes of 20 sheets each of label paper and one Laser toner shipped in Three separate boxes. It appeared that the label paper was back-ordered because the shipping notice on the first box (received a day before the last two) showed only 1 toner and 2 label paper packs ordered and NO backorder. But they showed up the next day. So if something is being back ordered, it would be nice to have a notice on the shipping documents or an email. Otherwise everything was as expected... PERFECT! The purchasing of my order went fine. Refunds are an absolute nightmare with this company. I waited over two months for a $48 refund to my credit card account. Repeat phone calls left me frustrated - I was being told all sorts of things. The refund was processed and should show up soon, the refund had not yet been approved, and not yet processed. Finally, I spoke with a gentleman who was able to get my refund processed - he told me that my trouble was due to being directed to their overseas customer service instead of speaking with someone at the corporate office.
I would not recommend this merchant, strictly due to the difficulty in returning items. Read more
