Supervisor not avail,no specific answer on callback. If you order from nflshop.com you will get stuck in a closed loop of frustration and can't get out. Worst on line shopping experience ever. If you have the time and have not spontaneously combusted by now, contact your state consumer protection division, attorney's office. You can place an order instantly, but think back 20 years and how orders were handled manually with no customer service and no possibility of cancellation.
